Booking Policies & Terms and Communication Standards

At Divinity Spa, we are committed to providing a professional, private, and respectful experience for all guests. By submitting a booking request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies and terms.

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment.

All appointments are subject to provider availability and must be reviewed and confirmed by management before becoming a confirmed reservation.

Appointments must be requested a minimum of 30 minutes in advance to allow time for availability verification and payment processing.

Room-Holding Fee

A room-holding fee is required to reserve a private appointment time and room.

The room-holding fee will be applied toward the total cost of your appointment upon arrival.

Appointments are not confirmed until:

* Availability has been verified.
* The required room-holding fee has been received.
* A confirmation message has been issued by Divinity Spa.

Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Policy

All room-holding fees are final.

Room-holding fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

* Cancellations
* No-shows
* Late arrivals
* Missed appointments
* Changes of mind
* Scheduling conflicts
* Requests to change providers
* Requests to change appointment dates or times

Room-holding fees may not be exchanged for cash, credit, future appointments, alternative services, or alternative providers.

Arrival Policy

Guests are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time in order to accommodate other scheduled bookings.

Communication Standards

Divinity Spa maintains a professional business environment and expects all communications to remain respectful and courteous.

✨️Abusive, aggressive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, vulgar, or otherwise inappropriate language or conduct will not receive a response and may result in the immediate refusal, cancellation, or termination of booking privileges.✨️

Management reserves the right to decline service or discontinue communication at its sole discretion.

Privacy & Discretion

All booking inquiries and client information are handled with discretion and confidentiality.

Clients are expected to respect the privacy, safety, and professional boundaries of all staff members at all times.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a booking request, contacting Divinity Spa regarding an appointment, or submitting a room-holding fee, you acknowledge and agree to all policies, procedures, terms, and conditions outlined above.

These policies are subject to change without notice
